Dr. Sloane is a university president, a Maryland/Pennsylvania attorney, and an Anglican/Old Catholic bishop. He is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania [B.A.], Atlantic University [M.A.], Liberty University [M.A.R.], Air University [Diploma, Squadron Officer School], Universidad San Juan de la Cruz [M.B.A.], Apollos University [D.B.A.], Charisma University [Ed.D.], London Metropolitan University [Certificate in English Law], Widener University Delaware Law School [J.D.], Temple University Beasley School of Law [LL.M. (Labor)], American Christian College and Seminary [Ph.D. in Religion], and International University for Graduate Studies [D.C.L.].
Formerly Democratic Chief Counsel to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, he has taught part-time at Elizabethtown College, Millersville University, Mount Saint Mary’s University, Saint Francis University of Loretto, Shippensburg University, Temple University, Widener University, and Wilson College. In the UK he has been admitted as a Fellow of five learned societies: The Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce; The Society of Antiquaries of Scotland; The Royal Asiatic Society of Great Britain and Ireland; The Royal Statistical Society; and The Royal Society for Public Health.
Dr. Sloane serves as president of the Canadian Association of Independent Universities, Colleges and Institutes, president of the Council on Chiropractic Practice, and president the Society for the Cure of Souls. He is secretary of the International Certification & Reciprocity Commission / Alcohol & Other Drug Abuse, in which he is an International Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor; and member of the board of directors of the National Qigong Association, in which he is certified as a Level 1 Qigong Instructor. He is a past chair of the American College of Counselors [Diplomate & Fellow], past chair of the American Board of Forensic Counselors [Life Diplomate], and past vice president of the American Association of Integrative Medicine [Life Diplomate of the College of Mind-Body Medicine & Life Fellow].
He is a Scholar of the Oxford Society of Scholars (Omega Graduate School), Board Certified in Professional Counseling (ABPC), Board Certified in Clinical Supervision (ACC), Certified Master Chaplain (ABCMC), Certified Addictionologist (ACACD), Master of Medical Qigong (ECIMQ), and Applied Psychoanalysis Professional (SMP). He serves as faculty vice chair and Institutional Review Board chair at Atlantic University and is a member of the International Academy of Sciences San Marino, Mensa, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International, and the Screen Actors Guild–American Federation of TV & Radio Artists.
