I have a vast and varied background that combines leadership, spirituality, and consciousness growth. As an executive leader in business for over 30 years I have been able to test and apply various spiritual and leadership concepts to opportunities encountered in the practical framework of the business world.
I have earned a Bachelors in Education and a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and have continued my lifelong pursuit for growth while gaining certificates in Spiritual Directorship from Diocese of Richmond and Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. After a successful career as an operational executive leader at Bon Secours Health System I chose to direct my energy to work as a business consultant with various industries and as a leadership development coach and spiritual director to executive leaders.
I have a strong interest in the area of adult developmental theory and consciousness growth especially as it applies to working with leaders to develop and meet the challenges of today’s complex world. I am especially attracted to the leadership and applied spirituality tracks at Atlantic University and bring a solid understanding of leadership concepts and years of applied leadership theoretical knowledge and experience.
