Kim Nolan, PhD | Faculty | Atlantic University

Kim Nolan holds a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University and a M.Ed. from Boston University in Counseling Psychology. Kim works closely with community members, leaders, and diverse teams for over 30 years to create engaged spaces, workplaces, and learning environments that make a positive impact on the world. A community-based leader, educator, and practitioner, Kim facilitates collaborative processes across teams, building safe relationships and achieving desired outcomes within larger systems. Kim is an ordained Buddhist chaplain, a lifelong advocate for human rights, and is the Founder and Executive Director of the Dignity Foundation, through which she teaches self-care and mindfulness in schools and human service agencies and provides coaching to leaders seeking contemplative practice.
